What is HappyHorse 1.1?

HappyHorse 1.1 is a video generation model from Alibaba, released in June 2026 as the upgrade to HappyHorse 1.0. It makes short clips from a text prompt (text-to-video) or from a first-frame image (image-to-video), and it is the HappyHorse version this site runs today.

Is there a HappyHorse 1.5?

Not officially. As of October 2026 Alibaba Cloud Model Studio lists HappyHorse 1.0 and 1.1 and no 1.5, and the API we use (KIE) offers 1.1 as its newest version. Some third-party sites use the name "HappyHorse 1.5"; we do not label any model as 1.5. If Alibaba releases a 1.5, we will add it and update this page.

How much does HappyHorse 1.1 cost here?

Each HappyHorse 1.1 clip costs 338 credits. New accounts get 300 sign-up credits and signed-in users can claim 5 check-in credits a day, so the free credits alone do not quite cover the first clip; credit packs and plans are on the pricing page.

What resolution and length do I get?

On this site every HappyHorse 1.1 clip is 720p and 5 seconds long. Text to Video lets you choose 16:9, 9:16 or 1:1; Image to Video follows the shape of your uploaded image.

What images work for Image to Video?

One JPG, PNG or WEBP image, at least 300 px on each side, with an aspect ratio between 1:2.5 and 2.5:1 and a file size up to 20 MB. If no image is attached the generator asks for one; images outside these limits are rejected by the model.

How long does a HappyHorse 1.1 generation take?

Usually about one and a half to two minutes. Our test clip on 2026-10-07 finished in 92 seconds.
